Castor oil packs are amazing for relieving stress and fatigue, while improving and strengthening physical health. They help promote blood circulation, reduce inflammation, regulate stool, support elimination and cleanse your liver all while relaxing your joints and muscles.

Castor is great for keeping your skin soft while possibly reducing the appearance of stretch marks. It contains fatty acids and antioxidants that can support overall skin health and may help with skin conditions such as dryness, irritation, or mild rashes on the breast area.

If you have minor inflammation or irritation, applying castor oil may provide some relief as it contains compounds that have anti-inflammatory properties.

HOW TO ENJOY:  Apply 1-2 TBSP of castor oil onto to middle of cotton flannel and use your fingers to spread and soak in. Reapply an additional TBSP every 3-4 days. After the first couple of weeks of use, the pack will be saturated enough that oil should only need to be reapplied every 1-2 weeks.

For best results, use pack for at least 45 minutes as often as possible. Wear these breast packs during the day or at night as long as you can.

Pack only needs cleaning when oil starts seeping into the seams.

To clean simply soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non toxic soap until no soap remains. Hang to dry.

CAUTION:  Avoid use of castor oil packs if you are pregnant.
