Returns
Is anything considered final sale?

Yes, please refer to following list for items deemed final sale:

  • All Special Order items
  • All Farrow & Ball products
  • All Austin Air products
  • All Flooring products
  • All Interior + Exterior Stain products
  • All Promotional, Discounted, Discontinued + Sale-priced items
  • All product refills (in store)
  • All package-free items (for hygienic reasons)
  • All edible products (coffee, tea, chocolate, honey, syrups etc.)
  • All products that have been removed from their original packaging, have tags removed, have been used or tampered with.
Do you accept product returns?

Unopened, unused and undamaged items that are not listed as a final sale item are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery date. Please send an email to [email protected] to initiate a return. As Carbon Environmental Boutique is not responsible for any return shipping costs, please let us know if you have any questions prior to purchasing your order to help avoid the need for any returns.

 

Product Availability
How do I know if a product is in stock?

The stock status of all products can be found by going directly to the product page and looking directly to the right of the product price found underneath the product title. You will see either of the following:

  • In stock - the product is available for purchase. On rare occasions we may have an inventory error and the specific item you have selected may not actually be available. We will contact you as soon as possible should this occur.
  • Out of stock - we are currently sold out of this particular item and working on restocking. You can check again in future to see when it becomes available, use the 'Notify me when back in stock' email notification feature we have added, or send us a quick email at [email protected] to request an update of when the item may be restocked. Out of stock Farrow & Ball paint options means that your selected colour is not available in the selected size and/or finish.
  • Backorder - this status is exclusive to Farrow & Ball and Austin Air products.
    • If a Farrow & Ball paint product has the backorder status it means we do not have the item in stock, but can tint the paint in the size and finish you have selected for in store pick up or shipping to select provinces (see Shipping FAQs for details)
    • If a Farrow & Ball wallpaper product has the backorder status it means that the selection you have made is available for order for the F&B factory and we will receive in store  for pick up or shipping out to you in approximately 2-4 weeks.
    • If an Austin Air product shows up with the backorder status it means we are currently sold our of your selected item, but we can bring it in for you on our next pallet order (typically 3-6 weeks) for in store pick up or shipping. Please note the shipping will add approx. 3-7 days depending on location. Do call us to discuss at 780.498.1900.

 

 

 

Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! Orders valued at $125 CAD after discounts and before taxes qualify for free shipping within Canada. Any orders under this amount will be offered flat rate shipping based upon location.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We thoughtfully package orders within 1-2 days of receiving them. We then schedule courier pick up for the next business day and orders are typically delivered within 3-8 business days.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we are happy to update that as of May 2024 we can now ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship Farrow & Ball?

We are happy to offer shipping of Farrow & Ball Paint products to BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba only. For any shipment outside of these four provinces please locate a Farrow & Ball stockist closer to your location to accommodate you.

If an order for Farrow & Ball Paint is made with shipping to a province or territory not listed above, we will cancel the order and refund minus 10% for processing fees.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We are not currently set up to offer shipping outside of Canada. This may change in the future, please stay tuned.

Green Scene Loyalty Rewards
Is it free to join?

Yes! Join in store when you are making a purchase by providing us your first and last name and a telephone number. Online you just need to create an account and you will automatically be enrolled.

How do I earn points?

Once you are enrolled in the Green Scene Loyalty Rewards program, every eligible* purchase you make online or in store earn you points.  $1 before taxes = 2 points.

For in store purchases we just need to attach your name to your purchase so that you get the recognition and earn your points, please never hesitate to remind us that you are enrolled in our Green Scene Loyalty Rewards program in case we ever forget to ask.

For online purchases, as long as you are logged in to your account you will automatically earn points.

*Home Improvement items are not eligible

How do I track my points?

You can enquire in store and we will be able to look up  your balance for you, or login to your online account and select the Rewards menu option to see  you points history.

How do I redeem points?

When making a purchase in store we will check your points balance and let you know if you have a discount available.

When making an online purchase you must be logged in to your account (not checking out as a guest) in order to earn and redeem points. If you you have enough points to apply a discount you will be given the option in your cart to apply the discount prior to checking out.

Do points expire?

No, there is never any expiry of earned points.

How many points do I need for a discount?

500 points = $5 discount

1,000 points = $10 discount

Are there other ways to earn points?

Yes. On occasion we will offer 2x (double) points earning so every $1 spent on eligible* purchases = 4 points.

We will also award 100 points for anyone enrolled in our Green Scene Loyalty Rewards who takes the time to leave a product review on our website. This is limited to one 100 point award award every 6 months (Jan-Jun and Jul-Dec)

*Home improvement items are not eligible

Are there any advantages to joining?

Yes! In addition to earning points that add up to future discounts every time you shop with us, there are occasions throughout the year when we may offer a free gift with purchase, bonus points or special discounts exclusively for already enrolled Green Scene Loyalty Rewards members. We love surprising our loyal clientele and expressing our appreciation for your amazing support.
