USE:  Shake gently before use. Use daily by applying a small amount to the palm of the hand and adding water to mix. Massage into the skin and neck with gentle circular motions. To remove eye makeup, use with a soft moist cloth or cotton pad. Rinse with fresh water and pat dry.
