HOW TO ENJOY:  Apply 1-2 TBSP of castor oil onto to middle of cotton flannel and use your fingers to spread and soak in. Wear overnight while you sleep.

CARE:  Please wash before first use. Pack only needs cleaning when oil starts seeping into the seams.

To clean simply soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non toxic soap until no soap remains. Hang to dry.

CAUTION:  Avoid use of castor oil packs if you are pregnant.
