Grapefruit is a top note. It is fresh, mildly sweet, citrusy and tart.

Recommended Uses

Grapefruit essential oil is known to assist with muscle fatigue, muscular weakness, cellulite, migraine, headaches, water retention, physical exhaustion, mental exhaustion, depression and stress.

Blending

Blends well with all other citrus oils, basil, black pepper, cardamom, clary sage, cypress, jasmine, cedarwood, clove, lavender, patchouli, peppermint, rosemary, thyme and ylang ylang.

Contradictions / Safety

Dilute before using. Can cause skin irritation if oxidized. Not recommended to apply before sun exposure due to phototoxicity (a low-risk photosensitizer compared to other citrus essential oils).

End of Life

Clean empty glass bottle for refill in store. To recycle make sure empty bottle is free from any oil residue.
