HOW TO ENJOY:  Add 1-2 tsp of organic castor oil evenly to the roots and ends of your hair. It is best for your hair to be slightly wet to maximize absorption of the castor oil, you can do this by using a spray bottle to mist with water or using wet comb through your hair first. Wrap your hair in hair wrap and fasten in place with the elastic around the button. Leave in for up to 30 minutes before shampooing your hair.

CARE:  Always wash before first use.

To clean simply soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non toxic soap until no soap remains. Hang to dry.

CAUTION:  Avoid use of castor oil packs if you are pregnant.
