HOW TO ENJOY:  Place infuser in mug or teapot. Scooop loose leaf tea into infuser basket (1 teaspoon per cup of water). Pour boiled water over infuser and steep for 3-5 minutes (or recommended time). Cover with lid to keep tea warm and lock in flavour. Remove infuser and place on coaster lid. For a second cup, resteep the same leaves for double the time of the first steep.
