HOW TO ENJOY:  Add a quarter of a cup to warm running water, slip in to tub, relax and just let yourself enjoy a blissful state. We recommend soaking for at least 20 minutes to allow your skin time to absorb and benefit from the therapeutic ingredients. Drinking purified water or a herbal tea before, during, and after will prevent dehydration effects.

• Does this soak contain Epsom salts? This soak does not contain Epsom salts. It is made from detoxifying sea salt. 
• How many baths will I get out of this soak? We recommend a ¼ cup of salts per bath, so the full-sized product will give you around 11 baths.
