The wipes are used for cleaning the menstrual cup on occasions without access to clean water and for sanitizing the cup between periods. We recommend using the wipes only in those rare occasions.

USE:  Simply clean your menstrual cup with a wipe and make sure it is completely dry before you reinsert the cup. Remember to also wash your hands.

END OF LIFE:  The wipes are made from cotton and are biodegradable. The individual wrapping of each wipe is not recyclable or biodegradable. to ensure the durability of the disinfecting liquids in the wipe, a thin layer of aluminum is needed. Please dispose of as household waste. Packaging is made from recycled paper and or cardboard and is recyclable.
