1. How often should I exfoliate with the scrub?  For the best results, scrub 2-3 times a week - depending on how sensitive skin is.

3. What do I do if my scrub goes hard?  We recommend storing it upside down after each use once in the shower - this will help eliminate the separation. Ensure the jar lid is screwed on tightly, to avoid any water getting into the container.
