Boutique Team Member

We are currently looking for part-time members to join our team at our Manchester Square location located at 10710 -120 Street NW, Edmonton, AB.

Supporting customers, multi-tasking, and an overall positive attitude towards people and the brands we stock is a must.

• Offering customers a high level of service - through product knowledge and advice, and their overall store experience.
• Receiving and processing deliveries, and stock replenishment - heavy lifting is required for pallet orders and replenishing bulk refillery products.
• Keen attention to detail processing transactions and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Picking and packing online orders.
• Assist with general day to day operations of the store.
• Respectfully and responsibly represent Carbon and the products/brands we stock.
• Ensure customers are provided with a pleasant and positive experience.
• Opening and closing duties as required.
• Daily cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary and welcoming environment.
• Required to learn about Farrow & Ball Paint and Paper - Important to be able to educate customers about the features of the brand, different products, finishes and best uses of each. Operating the In Can Tinting equipment is mandatory.
• Support merchandising and product displays.
• Previous boutique retail experience is preferred.
