Recommended Use:
Used in herbal medicine as a sedative to help relieve nervousness.

Duration of Use:
Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use.

Recommended Dose:
Adults: 2-4ml 2-4 times/day. Use for a minimum of 7 days to see beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner for prolonged use. 

Cautions and Warnings:
Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are sensitive to iodine, or when taking other iodine supplements, if you are taking anti-anxiety medications, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants, and/or opiates, or if you have any type of acute infection.
