Castor oil packs are amazing for relieving stress and fatigue, while improving and strengthening physical health. They help promote blood circulation, reduce inflammation, regulate stool, support elimination and cleanse your liver all while relaxing your joints and muscles.

SIZE:  Approximately 20" in length from shoulder to upper back and 15" wide across the back.

Elastic straps are approximately 21" long.

HOW TO ENJOY:  Apply 1-2 TBSP of castor oil onto to middle of cotton flannel and use your fingers to spread and soak in. Reapply an additional TBSP every 3-4 days. After the first couple of weeks of use, the pack will be saturated enough that oil should only need to be reapplied every 1-2 weeks.

For best results, use pack for at least 45 minutes as often as possible.

Pack only needs cleaning when oil starts seeping into the seams.

To clean simply soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non toxic soap until no soap remains. Hang to dry.

CAUTION:  Avoid use of castor oil packs if you are pregnant.
